Trade in Space is an award-winning and rapidly expanding technology start-up.

We’ve created processes which integrate remote sensing data into smart-contract applications within agricultural supply chains, meaning we work across fintech, agri-tech and satellite applications development spaces. We’re now productising our technology into new and previously impossible services with the support of major clients around the world.

Now, we need to find a bright and motivated business development leader to help us grow into new markets, with new partner organisations and stakeholders.


The Job

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive Trade in Space forward.

To succeed in the role, we’ll expect you to:

• Have experience of software service application sales, with knowledge of development considerations being a bonus.
• Have knowledge of soft-commodities trade and/or agricultural supply chain processes.
• Have experience of working with major corporate and institutional businesses.
• Experience of maintaining and extracting value from CRM data.
• Manage communications to new customers.
• Facilitate in negotiating contracts.
• Work with our development team to manage product delivery.
• Support everyone else in the team to achieve their goals too – we’re all on the same team.
